I just finished Identical by Scott Turow (audiobook).
I was in the mood for a legal thriller, so went for a known author. This book was written some time ago, which wasn’t nearly as distracting as I thought it would be. I enjoyed the characters, though it was easy to get lost. There were so many characters and sometimes I got lost in terms of who was doing what. My favorite part about this story was the aging detective turned investigator. I LOVE it when an author includes an elderly character who is engaging, entertaining, and active. While I figured out the plot twist, the story was still entertaining and held my attention throughout.
I recommend Identical if you like mysteries, particularly legal thrillers.
